The computer has two graphics cards: the first one is an integrated graphics card and the second one is connected as an expansion card. Will this system work?

In some motherboards integrated graphics card is automatically disabled when you connect an external graphics card to the AGP or PCI-Express slot. Refer to the manual for your motherboard. If you were able to use these 2 graphics cards simultaneously in Windows - hence the FriendlySeats will work too.
